Join Canada’s First Conference on Health System Integration
Join us for the SPOR PIHCI Health System Integration Summit, the first national conference of its kind in Canada. Learn about the status of health system integration in primary health care across the country, the successes so far and the challenges that need to be addressed in the coming years.
SPOR PIHCI Health System Integration Summit aims to:
Build a common understanding of integrated primary health care delivery models used in Canada.
Explore issues in primary health care delivery, linking research to practice and including successes and challenges; and
Strengthen the community of patient and professional health care leaders, researchers and policy analysts in the area of integrated primary care.
Two Days, Three Engaging Events
The Summit will include panel discussions, keynote speakers, breakout groups and abundant chances to share ideas with like-minded people from across Canada. You’ll go home with many questions answered and a richer network of sources to answer future ones.
We start with an environmental scan of Canadian provincial integration activities. Following this, panels will speak to key issues in implementation. Explore topics such as integrating health professions, patient engagement, and indigenous care and culture.
Evening Reception: Meet & Mingle
On our first evening, join us for a reception and networking event at Saskatoon’s award-winning Remai Modern Art Gallery. Explore and enjoy a complimentary dinner while you mingle with peers from across the country.
Day 2: Panels & Breakout Sessions
Learn from keynote speakers and panelists, with an opportunity for breakout groups to discuss what the issues and ideas mean to you and your province.
